MEET BRITTANY
An East Tennessee native and proud University of Tennessee grad, Brittany is all about making homeownership dreams a reality as a mortgage loan officer at Benchmark Home Loans. When she’s not helping clients or collaborating with realtors, she’s sipping on an Aperol Spritz and planning her next happy hour!
Between her love for parties- whether it’s a kid’s birthday party or a big work event- and spending time with her husband Taylor, her three stepchildren Harrison, Gray, and Andie, and their goldendoodle Gracie, Brittany’s life is full of fun and celebration.
MEET KAY
Originally from Louisville, KY, Kay’s journey took her from being a Graphic Arts Director at Universal Music Group in Los Angeles to falling in love with the mountains and sunsets of Knoxville, TN. After moving here, she and her family jumped into the building business, starting with their own home. Now, Kay specializes in new construction and waterfront properties, with a heart for getting the job done from start to finish.
Her go-to drink? An Old Fashioned, of course! When she’s not helping clients find their dream home or overseeing new builds, you’ll find Kay boating on the lake, designing, or trying out new restaurants (she’s a foodie at heart).
